Catering the Garvin-Harris Wedding. . . Scrumptious Food for a Cute Couple!

Several weeks ago, Sara and her friend visited our restaurant during a trip to Lincoln City.  After enjoying our Chicken Satay and Grilled Halibut Curry for dinner, they not only raved about the food, but surprised us with a terrific idea:  Would we be willing to cater Sara's wedding reception in a few weeks at Lincoln City's picturesque Connie Hansen Garden?

We told Sara that we would, of course, be honored to play a part in her special day.  Executive Chef Patana Kaplan worked with her to come up with the perfect menu.

Not only did we include Sara's favorite Chicken Satay and Grilled Halibut Curry, but the menu also featured Pineapple Lover's Fried Rice,  Beef Massaman Curry, Kee Mao Glass Noodles with Shrimp, Apple Coconut Salad, vegetarian Fresh Wraps with Peanut Sauce, and Tangy Chicken Lettuce Wraps.  It was a feast meant to honor the couple's new life together!
